Over 12 months, we helped LA MORENA® evolve from a heritage brand to a social content powerhouse. Through bold visuals, cultural storytelling, and a flexible tone of voice, we met audiences where they were: old school to scroll-happy Gen Z.

This case study showcases the work behind multiple campaigns and countless strategies. The result? Viral traction, a stronger brand identity, and expansion into the U.S. and Dutch markets. It wasn’t just content, it was cultural reactivation.

UGC AND CONTENT STRATEGY

We also built a TikTok-first recipe series designed for scroll-stopping impact and native engagement. Across 12 months, we delivered monthly snackable content that felt organic but performed like a machine.

 

Three creative formats drove the strategy, adapting visuals and tone to what resonated in real time. The result?

 

+300% follower growth, over 51M impressions, and a 10% CVR. We didn’t just enter the Mexican market; we cooked our way in.

Día de muertos

To mark our first step with LA MORENA®, we launched a Día de Muertos campaign rooted in tradition.

Designed for social, made to move hearts, it celebrated the beauty of remembrance through authentic, Mexican storytelling.

We also created a versatile series of images to power recipe campaigns and product launches.


Some shots featured celebrities, adding star power, while others let the products and recipes shine on their own.

We also created a corporate film to introduce La Morena to its closest partners, highlighting the brand’s story and traditions.

The goal was to show the importance of strong relationships while keeping the message approachable and human.
